• The M3T-PD38 may not have been installed properly. Therefore, Reinstall it again.

installed correctly.
The CLOCK LED of
"STATUS OF TARGET"
does not light up.
The POWER LED of

Check power is properly supplied to the target system.

Check the rest pin of the target system does not remain
'L' level. The display of the RESET LED differs depending
on version of the M3T-PD38.
