Please note that the factory supplied
mounting material is sufficient for wall thick-
nesses of up to 50 cm. It may be necessary
to extend the exhaust duct in certain cases.
For this purpose, a heat-resistant (up to 65
°C) plastic pipe can be used. Its diameter
must be 160 mm. Please note that the max-
imum length of 2 m may not be exceeded. To
avoid condensation build up in the wall, it is
necessary to insulate the air ducts with suit-
able insulation material (3-4 cm thickness)
[6].
If the unit is also used for heating then the
pipes must be insulated. If this is the case,
the 162 mm hole is no longer sufficient. It is
then necessary to enlarge the hole accord-
ingly.

Install the mounting plate on the wall as
shown on the mounting template [1]. The
number of screws required depends on the
wall's properties. Do not leave a gap
between the mounting plate and the wall.

Suspend the unit on the mounting plate [7]
and check for correct alignment.

Insert the condensate hose through the pre-
drilled hole (35 mm) and remove the rubber
stopper for the condensate drainage to the
outside. For drainage inside the building, pay
attention to the incline of the condensate
drainage line provided by the customer (1 cm
incline per metre of condensate line). To pre-
vent smells, a siphon should be placed
between the unit and the on-site condensate
line.
