TROUBLESHOOTING
If your steamer does not work well, check the following points:
PROBLEM SOLUTION
The machine does not
produce steam. Wait for unit to heat up
Ensure unit is plugged into a functioning socket.
Ensure the water tank is full and installed correctly.
The water leaked from
the tank. Fill water tank.
Wait for unit to heat up.
When the steam is being
produced, there is a loud
hum or a pumping sound. This is normal during operation.
