Remove the drain tubing between the heater tube and the inlet of the jet mixer. Remove the elbow at the
heater vessel end and inspect the drain orifice. Insure that the drain orifice is clear.
Clear and clean any debris if necessary.

Remove tube fitting
Remove tube fitting
and clean orifice
