Unscrew the lock bolt 

,disassemble speedometer cable,remove the axle nut 

,unscrew the front wheel 

axle

 and take off the front wheel(including brake disc).

To replace the front wheel or brake disc,unscrew the brake disc lock bolt 

,and take off brake disc 

,the 

order of assembly is on the contrary.
