Demontering/
Disassembly
Före avlägsnandet av Reflex påfyllningsstation måste hela systemet vara trycklöst, och alla vattentillgångar skall vara strypta
i rören.
Prior to the removal of the reflex ’fillcontrol’ or pressure-carrying parts, it must be unpressurized on the potable
water and system sides through the built-in shut-off fittings.

Maintenance system separator
The European Standard EN 1717 prescribes maintenance of the system separator type BA on a regular
basis. The correct functionality of the valve has to be tested by a qualified technician after the first year of
service and then periodically, depending on the respective operating conditions, but after one year at the
latest.
The connections available for ball valves allow a functionality test of the device to be carried out with an
adequate pressure gauge.
Dirt trap
Isolate the system and the potable water mains by means of the shut-off valves upstream and downstream
of reflex ’fillcontrol’ . Unscrew the top of the BA cartridge by using the maintenance key (SW 27). Remove
the dirt trap and the support and clean both parts with clear, running water. Check that the O-rings and
seals are intact and clean and exchange them if required.
Cartridge
Isolate the system and the potable water mains by means of the shut-off valves upstream and downstream
of reflex ’fillcontrol’ . Unscrew the top of the BA cartridge by using the maintenance key (SW 27).

rings and seals are intact and clean and exchange them if required.
Maintenance pressure reducer
Its functionality has to be tested at regular intervals, but at least once every year.
Maintenance batterie
Its functionality has to be tested at regular intervals, but at least once every year. If it is dead, please exchange
(standard 9 V-Block).
