8. Controls of the Remote Control
A On/off switch:
To switch the remote control on or off. If the switch is slid into the direction of the telescopic antenna,
the remote control is switched on.
B Trim regulator for steering/straight run (“ST.TRIM”):
When the rotating wheel (
H
) is released during driving, the
vehicle should drive as straight as possible. However, a certain steering clearance is normal.
C Trim regulator for motor (“TH.TRIM“):
This is where the neutral position can be set for the motor. This means that
when the lever (
K
) of the vehicle is released, the vehicle will stop (no forward/reverse drive when lever is released,
no motor sounds).
D Charging socket:
This is where the rechargeable batteries in the remote control can be charged directly. To do this
a corresponding charger is necessary (not included in delivery), that can be set for 8 cells (9.6V); the middle contact
of the charging socket is plus/+. The charging current and the charging time is to be selected corresponding to the
instructions of the respective rechargeable battery manufacturer.
Warning!
When you are connecting a charger, there must be no normal batteries in the remote control
but only rechargeable batteries. Recharging normal batteries is not possible, risk of fire and
explosion!
Don’t use fast chargers!
