Dear Customer,
These safety instructions are not only for the protection of the product but also for your own safety and the

a) General
Caution, important note!
Operating the model can lead to material and/or personal damage. Therefore, make sure that you are
properly insured when using the model, e.g. by taking out private liability insurance. If you already have
insurance, enquire whether the operation of the model is covered before operating it.
Please note: In some EU countries, you are required to have insurance for any flying models!
• The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product or of its components is inadmissible for safety and
approval reasons (CE).
• The product is not a toy. It is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

• If you do not have sufficient knowledge as to how to deal with remote-controlled helicopters, please seek the advice
of an experienced model maker or a model making club.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around unattended. It can become a dangerous toy for children.
• Should any questions arise that are not answered in the operating instructions, contact our technical support (see

b) Before operation
• Unroll the aerial wire of the receiver in the model to its complete length. Install the aerial so that it cannot get caught
in any rotating parts. The aerial wire must not be rolled up or cut off.
• Make sure that no other models are operated on the same channel (transmitter frequency) within the range of the
remote control. Otherwise, you will lose control of the remote-controlled models! Always use different channels if you
wish to operate two or several models in the immediate proximity of each other simultaneously.
• Regularly check the functional reliability of your model and the remote control system. Watch out for visible damage
such as defective plug connections or damaged cables. All moving parts of the model must run smoothly, but should
not have any play in their bearings.
• Charge the flight battery necessary for operation as well as rechargeable batteries in the remote control according to
the instructions provided by the respective manufacturer.
