4. If you need to set the delay of less than 1 hour, repeatedly press the
HOUR button to reset to zero and adjust the minutes using the MIN
button.
5. To cancel the adjustments press REHEAT/CANCEL and reset.
6. When the time is set, press and hold down the START button. The TIME
DELAY indicator lights up. The program and the countdown start.

When the program finishes, the device automatically switches to KEEP
WARM (the REHEAT/CANCEL button indicator lights up) or enters
standby (the START button indicator blinks).
8. Press REHEAT/CANCEL to cancel the KEEP WARM function. The button
indicator goes off.
The TIME DELAY function is available in all programs except SAUTE,
PASTA and QUICK COOK.
It is not recommended to use the TIME DELAY function if dairy and other
perishable products are being used (eggs, milk, meat, cheese etc.).
When setting TIME DELAY in the BOIL/STEAM program, remember that the
countdown starts only when the device reaches its operating temperature (water
comes to a full boil).
KEEP WARM Function
The function automatically activates at the end of the cooking cycle and
keeps the dish warm at 160–170°F (70–75°C) for up to 24 hours. The
REHEAT/CANCEL button indicator lights up and the timer counts KEEP
WARM time. Press and hold down REHEAT/CANCEL to disable the function
if necessary.
Disable KEEP WARM in Advance
To disable the function in the beginning or during the cycle press and hold
down MENU / KEEP WARM, until the REHEAT/CANCEL button indicator goes
off. To enable the function press and hold down MENU / KEEP WARM (the
REHEAT/CANCEL button indicator lights up).
REHEAT Function
Reheats cold dishes. To reheat:
• Fill the bowl with cooked food and place it inside the appliance.
Ensure that the bowl makes full contact with the heating element.
• Close the lid and plug in the appliance.
• Press and hold down the REHEAT/CANCEL button for a few seconds
until an audible sound is heard. Corresponding indicators light up
and the process begins. Timer counts the Reheat time.
The appliance warms the food up to 160–170°F (70–75°С), and maintains
the temperature for up to 24 hours. To cancel the function press and hold
down REHEAT/CANCEL. The corresponding indicators go off.
The function may operate for a period of 24 hours, however, we recommend
using it moderately because prolonged thermal exposure may sometimes
affect the flavor of the meal.
Standard Operating Procedure for Automatic Programs
1. Measure the ingredients according to the recipe. Place them into
removable the bowl. Make sure that all the ingredients including
liquid are below the scale mark indicating maximum capacity. Position
the bowl inside the appliance. The bowl must make full contact with
the heating element.
2. Close the lid until it clicks into place. Plug in the appliance.

Press MENU / KEEP WARM repeatedly to select a program (correspond
-
ing indicator lights up).
4. Use HOUR and MIN to adjust the time.
5. Delay the program if necessary. TIME DELAY is not available in SAU-
TE, PASTA and QUICK COOK programs.
6. Press and hold down the START button. The START and REHEAT/CANCEL
button indicators light up. The program and the countdown start. In the
BOIL/STEAM program countdown starts only when water comes to a
full boil, providing enough steam.
In PASTA — after water comes to a
full boil, products are added and the START button is being repressed.

Press and hold down MENU / KEEP WARM to disable the KEEP WARM
function in advance if needed (the REHEAT/CANCEL button indicator goes
off). Repress MENU / KEEP WARM to reactivate the function. The KEEP
WARM function is not available in the YOGURT, BREAD and VACUUM
programs.
8. After the cycle is complete an audible signal is heard. Depending on
your settings the appliance either enters KEEP WARM (the REHEAT/
CANCEL button indicator lights up) or enters standby (the START
button indicator blinks).
