Notes:
1. Lines started with '#' are comments.
2. Enter only one parameter per line.
3. Parameter settings use the following format: <parameter_name>.<reference #> = <value>.
4. The parameter name is case insensitive.
5. The reference # may be 0 to 19.
6. Values containing spaces must be double quoted:
(e.g., systemName.1="Sector controller L1P3W"
