12.0 TROUBLE SHOOTING (PROBLEM ANALYSIS)

Attach the hoses correctly to
the tractor.
Rotating speed of the cylinder
is too low.
Turn up the speed control
button on the frame.

Repair or change parts
The chain broke.
Check the chain.
The dose lid will not
open or will not open
far enough.
Stop bolts are screwed too
loose.
Further screw in the stop
bolts.
Gritting material does
not come out the

Use dry gritting material.
The dose lid does not open far
enough.
Adjust stop bolts so that the
dose lid can open more.
The bucket will not
tip.
