Raise the lower control arm and
align the torsion bar bracket with the
pervious installed torsion arm spacer.
Attach the bracket to the spacer. Use
provided hardware. Torque the
3/4”
hardware to 250 ft
-
lbs.
Reinstall the factory torsion bars and
torsion keys. Make sure the torsion
bars are installed in the same direc-
tion as they were installed from the
factory. Leave the torsion keys loose.
Do not add the cross pin or set
screw at this time. Add the new tor-
sion bar bracket to the torsion bars.

Install the ReadyLIFT upper control
arm to the frame using the factory
cam bolts and cams. Center the
cams Torque to
90 ft

lbs
. Final ad-
justment and Torque will be done
during Alignment. Grease the upper
ball joint using a high quality ball
joint grease. DO NOT over grease.

Install the provided clip nut and con-
trol arm bump stop.
