5.1 Principi generali della regolazione
L’unità di recupero calore esegue la ventilazione dei locali con
una portata d’aria fissata manualmente, in base alla velocità dei
ventilatori impostata da display. La temperatura di mandata aria
è una conseguenza delle diverse e mutabili condizioni di aria
esterna e interne ai locali.
A seconda delle temperature interne ed esterne e dei parametri
impostati, l’unità può operare in condizioni di free-cooling
o free-heating tramite la serranda di by-pass motorizzata
dello scambiatore. Se la macchina è dotata degli accessori di
post-trattamento è in grado di eseguire una regolazione della
temperatura ambiente, rilevata dalla sonda di ripresa all’interno
della macchina, o in alternativa dalla sonda di temperatura del
display da remotare nel locale desiderato. La termoregolazione
agirà sulle valvole acqua o sulle resistenze elettriche di
riscaldamento, mentre la portata d’aria rimane fissa. In opzione,
modificando l’apposito parametro, è possibile regolare la
portata d’aria sulla base della temperatura impostata: la portata
diminuisce quando il set di temperatura è raggiunto. Infine se
sono presenti le sonde di controllo qualità aria o umidità, la
macchina regola automaticamente la portata d’aria in base
alle grandezze misurate e ai set impostati. L’eventuale controllo
della temperatura potrà avvenire solo tramite i dispositivi di
post-trattamento.
5.2 Accensione della macchina
Avviene mediante semplice pressione del tasto
E’ normale che per i primi 30 secondi circa compaia la scritta “Cn”
fino a quando non si stabilisce la comunicazione col controllore.
Sul display vengono al minimo visualizzate le seguenti icone :
- nel campo principale, la temperatura ambiente (ovvero quella
dove è installata l’interfaccia utente)
- nel campo secondario, la temperatura di setpoint
- l’icona “ventilazione attiva”
5.3 Menù generale dei parametri
L’interfaccia utente consente l’accesso ad un numero limitato
di parametri di settaggio e configurazione, allocati su un livello
definito UTENTE, da qualsiasi finestra di visualizzazione si stia
operando.
Attraverso la pressione contemporanea e costante (per circa 3
secondi) dei tasti :
compare una schermata con la scritta “CodE”, per la quale si
richiede una password a 3 cifre per la visualizzazione ed il
settaggio dei parametri contenuti nel livello specifico.
In particolare, il livello UTENTE è accessibile con password 012.
Per assegnare il valore della password, ruotare opportunamente
la manopola centrale e premerla per confermare; quindi
premerla nuovamente in corrispondenza della label m1.
Ogni singolo parametro di configurazione può essere
impostato/modificato attraverso la rotazione della manopola,
la cui pressione ne conferma il valore; una ulteriore pressione
della stessa permette di passare al parametro successivo. Per
l’uscita dal menù di configurazione, ruotare la manopola finchè
non compare la scritta “Esc”, quindi premere nuovamente la
manopola.
5.1 Main operation logics
The heat recovery unit carries out room ventilation with manually
set air flow, on the basis of fans speed that is set by display. The
air supply temperature is a consequence of the different and
changeable outside and inside air conditions.
Depending on the settings of the parameters and the external
environmental conditions the unit can operate in a condition of
free cooling or free heating by the heat recovery by-pass damper
with actuator. If the unit is endowed with post heating or cooling
accessories, it can do a regulation of the room temperature, which
is detected by the return temperature probe inside the unit, or
alternatively by the display temperature probe that has to be
placed in the required room. The thermo-regulation will operate
on water valves or on the electric heating resistance, whereas
the air flow remains fixed. Optionally, by modifying the specific
parameter, it is possible to control the air flow on the basis of the
set temperature: the air flow decreases when the temperature set
is reached. Finally, if air quality probes or humidity probes are
present, the unit automatically controls the air flow on the basis
of the measured parameters and of the set options. The possible
temperature control could be carried out only by operating on the
post heating or cooling devices.
5.2 Unit switch on
It shall be done by pushing the key
The User interface usually shows “Cn” for the first 30 seconds after
powering-up, until communication with controller is estabilished.
On the display, the following icons are displayed at least :
- in the main field, room air temperature (or air temperature where
user interface is placed)
- in the secondary field, setpoint temperature
- icon “fans on”
5.3 Parameter general list
By User interface it’s possible to enter a general list of setting &
configuration parameters, collected on one access level (USER
level), from any displayed window seen by the user.
By pressing together and steadily (for 3 seconds at least) the
following buttons :
window with “CodE” is displayed; for that, a 3-digit password is
required to enter the specific parameter list.
In particular, USER level is accessible by password 012.
In order to assign password value, suitably turn the knob and press
it to confirm; then, press again when label m1 appears.
Each parameter can be set/modified by turning the knob; a
pressure of that confirms the last set value; a further pressure of
the knob lets the User check the next parameter.
To exit the configuration list, turn the knob until “Esc” is displayed,
then press the knob again.
