arrows to highlight “Unlock Temporarily” and press OK.
4. Press OK to continue. The player is unlocked for this disc
only.
Changing the Password
You can change the password at your convenience.
1. In the Setup menu, use the up and down MOVE arrows on
the remote to highlight “Rating Limit” and press OK.
2. Enter your 4-digit password and press OK.
3. In the Rating Limit menu, use the up and down MOVE
arrows to highlight “Change Password” and press OK.
4. Use the number buttons to enter a new 4-digit password
and press OK.
5. Press OK to continue.

Locking Feature
The DVD player’s disc tray can be
locked shut. You can still play a disc as
long as it was inserted in the player
before locking the tray. The disc cannot
be removed from the player until the
tray is unlocked.
You can lock the disc tray when the
DVD player is turned on or off.
1. Press and hold STOP on the player.
2. Press POWER on the remote.
If the player is turned on, “LOCKED”
appears in the front panel display.
The player cannot be turned off when
locked.
To unlock the disc tray, repeat the
steps above. “UNLOCKED” appears in
the front panel display if the player is
turned on.
