Requirements of Cooling Water:
a) The laser source cooling water connection is shown in Figure 10, and the arrow direction
indicates the water flow direction;
b) Cooling water needs to be pure water;
c) In order to prevent the water in the water cooler from growing mold and causing pipeline
blockage, it is recommended to add alcohol when filling pure water, and the amount of alcohol
added is 10% of pure water;
d) When the ambient temperature of the equipment is between -10
℃
and 0
℃
, the glycol solution
with a volume ratio of 30% must be used and replaced every two months;
e) If ambient temperature is below -10

, the chiller with both heating and cooling functions must
be used and kept in full-time operation.
