Valve Harness Routing
Note:
When routing WAS connector, use plastic cable ties to secure the cable away from moving parts
and heat sources.

Route the WAS connector behind the machine’s hydraulic valve and down toward the left-rear tire.
6.
Route the WAS connector along the left frame rail to the left front wheel axle.
7.
MFWD vehicles only - Connect the WAS connector to the WAS cable.

Two wheel drive vehicles:
a.
Route the WAS connector through the opening in the sensor cover bracket (P/N 107-0171-983) and
plug it into the rotary sensor.
b.
Mount the sensor cover bracket to the sensor mounting bracket (P/N 107-0171-982) using two 5/16”-
18 UNC x 7/8” hex bolts (P/N 311-0054-104), two 0.406” ID x 0.812” OD x 0.065” thick washers (P/N
313-2300-014), and two 5/16”-18 nylon insert lock nuts (P/N 311-0052-104).
