Inflating Your Super Shuttle:
Step 1
Carefully unfold and lay the Super Shuttle on a flat surface with top facing upward. Make sure there
are no sharp objects under the product that might puncture the tubes.
Step 2
Before starting the inflation process, locate all 5 air chamber valve openings on the Super Shuttle.
Use the RAVE Sports Inflator/Deflator (item #01083) for inflating the Shuttle.
IMPORTANT: Inflate tubes only until the Super Shuttle takes shape (about 80% to 90% air volume).
For best results, inflate the Super Shuttle air chambers in this order:
1.
Inflate the main CENTER yellow tube first.
2.
Inflate the 2 main OUTER yellow tubes.
3.
Finally, inflate the 2 blue Foot Support tubes.
Following the same order, finish inflating all 5 chambers to the
specified pressure. Use the included RAVE Digital Pressure Gauge to
insure proper inflation pressure of all 5 chambers:

3 Main Tubes (Yellow):
1.25 to 1.5 PSI (each)
•
2 Foot Support Tubes (Blue): 2.00 to 2.5 PSI (each)
To operate gauge:
1.
Depress “ON” button.
2. Wait for Self-Cali
bration to complete and “0.00” digital display to appear.
3. Insert gauge into valve & turn

Clockwise
to lock it in. Wait
for gauge reading to stabilize.
4.
To remove gauge: Rotate1/4 turn
Counter Clockwise.
5. Add/Remove air to achieve minimal operating pressure as stated for
each module.
6. Close Valve Cap.
