Patching small holes/punctures and emergency repairs -

To keep your Super Shuttle operational at all times, we strongly recommend you have a supply
of Tear Aid® patch material on hand. This self-adhesive patch is quick and easy to apply
without the need to completely deflate the product! Great for emergency or mid-day repairs.

Thoroughly clean area around the hole and wipe with isopropyl alcohol to remove any film or
oily residue.
▪
Cut a piece of Tear Aid® patch material at least 3/4” larger than the puncture. Round or oval
shaped patches are best. Peel backer from patch and apply over hole.
▪
Using a dull, hard tool and working from the center to the outer edges, rub out any air bubbles
between the patch and the inflatable.
▪
Product may be re-inflated to proper pressure and used immediately after patching.
▪
NOTE: Adhesion of the patch will increase with time. If you can wait before inflating and using,
the adhesion of the patch will be increased.
