Mounting Instructions
Alloy Wheels
Lubricate Properly
•
Lube the outside of both beads as well as the inside of the
second bead of the tire
•
Lower clamping unit all the way down and place first bead
over the rim edge
Raise Clamping Unit All the Way Up
•
Tire should stay in place as you raise the clamping unit all the way up.
Inner Bead Mounting
•
Push the tire on by hand or use front roller to install the first bead.
Outer Bead Mounting
•
Install bead clamp at 6 o’clock.
•
Rotate clamping assembly counter-clockwise just past 12
o’clock position.
•
Insert BeadSaver arm between wheel rim and tire bead.
With tire bar pull tire bead on top of Beadsaver arm.
•
Move front roller away from the tire and then rotate
counter-clockwise until bead clamp is past the front roller.
•
Press tire into drop center with front roller and rotate
counter clockwise to finish installing front bead.
