Tire Changer Rules

Do These Always

• 

Always adhere to company safety rules when operating this machine.

• 

Always wear eye protection when operating this machine.

• 

Always lube every point of the tire and wheel that drags on the bead. 

• 

Always let air completely out of tire before breaking the bead. 

• 

Always make sure drop center is facing out.

• 

Always use the Beadsaver Arm when installing a tire. 

• 

Always make sure the wheel is clamped firmly with vertical contact on 

both sides.

• 

Always report any bead damage that occurs during the mount or 

demount process to your management. This is a definite safety concern.

Never Do These

• 

Never dismount a tire without lubricating first Never force a tire until it 

rips the bead. Never put your fingers between the bead and a roller. 

• 

Never use the Beadsaver Arm without the plastic protection. 

• 

Never break the bead until the tire is completely deflated.

• 

 Never change 10:00-20 on this machine. 

• 

Never change anything other than tubeless over the road truck tires on 

this machine.

You Must Do This

Machine Preventive Maintenance

• 

Your manual includes step by step preventive maintenance that must be 

done weekly and monthly in order to minimize downtime and maximize 

machine performance and longevity.

BeadSaver Arm Plastic Protection

• 

The plastic protective pad on the end of the BeadSaver Arm is your best 

friend and must be replaced when worn. These can be ordered in any 

quantity you wish from RAVAmerica.
