Mounting Instructions
Steel Wheels
Lubricate Properly
•
Lube the outside of both beads as well as the inside of the
second bead of the tire
•
Lower clamping unit all the way down and place first bead
over the rim edge
Raise Clamping Unit All the Way Up
•
Tire should stay in place as you raise the clamping unit all the way up.
Inner Bead Mounting
•
Push the tire on by hand or use front roller to install the first bead.
Outer Bead Mounting
•
Rotate clockwise and move outside roller in till it is 2” past
rim edge to assist in keeping tire in wheel drop center.
•
Rotate clockwise while pushing against tire with your hand
until just past 12 o’clock position.
•
Insert BeadSaver Arm between wheel and tire bead.
•
Pull bead on top of beadsaver arm with tire bar.
•
Hook the rim edge with tire bar below the roller and push
to keep traction on rim edge.
•
Rotate counter clockwise while keeping pressure on
tire bar until outer bead is installed.
