Q2: Will my bike arrive assembled?
A2: Your bike will arrive mostly assembled. We`ll also provide the tools
and a comprehensive assembly video for the rest part.
Q3: What can I do if something goes wrong with my e-bike during the
warranty?
A3: We believe that communication is the best way to solve the pro-
blem. Please contact us in time. To help you solve the problem as
quickly as possible, please describe the problem in detail and
provide photos/videos with your order ID.
