Load
Hex
File

Open
dialog
appears.

Navigate
to
where
the
desired
firmware
file
(*.hex)
is
located,
select
it
and
click
Open
.
6.
Click
Raritan
MasterConsole
to
perform
the
upgrade.
Note:
The
“Check
Device
Information”
button
is
disabled
with
the
MCCAT
unit.
Therefore,
never
click
it
when
the
device
intended
to
upgrade
is
MCCAT.
