The EMX attempts to recognize that the
connected device is set for the console
mode.
forceAnalogModem
The EMX attempts to recognize that the
connected device is an analog modem.
forceGsmModem
The EMX attempts to recognize that the
connected device is a GSM modem.
Example
The following command sets the CONSOLE baud rate of the EMX device's
serial port to 9600 bps.

Setting the History Buffer Length
This command syntax sets the history buffer length, which determines
the amount of history commands that can be retained in the buffer. The
default length is 25.
config:#
history length <n>
Variables:
<n> is an integer number between 1 and 250.
Multi-Command Syntax
To shorten the configuration time, you can combine various configuration
commands in one command to perform all of them at a time. All
combined commands must belong to the same configuration type, such
as commands prefixed with
network, user modify, sensor externalsensor
and so on.
A multi-command syntax looks like this:
<configuration type> <setting 1> <value 1> <setting 2>
<value 2> <setting 3> <value 3> ...
