Edit
Use the Copy, Paste , and Select All Text commands to relocate and / or re-use important text.

To Copy and Paste All Text:
1. Click on Edit in the main menu.
2. Select Select All Text from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on Edit in the main menu.
4. Select Copy from the drop-down menu.
5. Position the cursor at the location you wish to paste the text and click once to make that location active.
6. Click
on Edit in the main menu.
7. Select Paste from the drop-down menu.
Note : There are keyboard shortcuts that you can use to highlight, copy, and paste all or partial
lines of text:
- Click and drag your mouse over the text you wish to copy
- Press < CTRL > and tap the < C > key to copy
- Position the cursor where you wish to paste the text and click in that location to make it active
- Press <
CTRL > and tap the < V > key to paste
