Returns a list of all SCPI commands supported by the power sensor.
Query parameters:
<Item>
<block_data>
Usage:

SYSTem:HELP:SYNTax?
[<Item>]
Queries the relevant parameter information for the specified SCPI command.
Query parameters:
<Item>
Example:
SYST:HELP:SYNT? 'sens:aver:coun'
Usage:

SYSTem:HELP:SYNTax:ALL?
Queries the implemented SCPI commands and their parameters. Returns the result as
a block data.
Usage:

SYSTem:INFO?
[<item>]
Queries information about the power sensor.
If queried without parameters, the command returns all available information in the
form of a list of strings separated by commas.
If you want to query specific information, add the query parameter:
SYST:INFO? "<string>"

"Hostname" and "IP Address" are available only for LAN power
sensors.
