INITiate:SEQuencer:MODE
<Mode>
Defines the capture mode for the entire measurement sequence and all measurement
groups and channels it contains.
Note:
To synchronize to the end of a measurement sequence using
*OPC
,
*OPC?
or
*WAI
, use
SINGle
Sequencer mode.
Parameters:
<Mode>
SINGle
Each measurement group is started one after the other in the
order of definition. All measurement channels in a group are
started simultaneously and performed once. After
all
measure-
ments are completed, the next group is started. After the last
group, the measurement sequence is finished.
CONTinuous
Each measurement group is started one after the other in the
order of definition. All measurement channels in a group are
started simultaneously and performed once. After
all
measure-
ments are completed, the next group is started. After the last
group, the measurement sequence restarts with the first one and
continues until it is stopped explicitly.

This function is only available if the Sequencer is deactivated (
) and only in MSRA mode.
The data in the capture buffer is re-evaluated by all active MSRA secondary applica-
tions.
Example:
SYST:SEQ:OFF
Deactivates the scheduler
INIT:CONT OFF
Switches to single sweep mode.
INIT;*WAI
Starts a new data measurement and waits for the end of the
sweep.
INIT:SEQ:REFR
Refreshes the display for all channels.
