CASE MOUNTING SPECIFICATION
RAIL SPECIFICATION:
1.
Remove the ALL SECURE unit from
its shipping container taking care
not to scratch or damage the
finish.
2.
Check the threaded stud height to
insure the height is no more than 1”
above the surface of the pad. Trim
stud height if needed.
3.
Remove the drive assembly and
place the mounting slots of the
case over the 3/8-16 studs on the
mounting pad as shown.
4.
Position the face of the case 1 ¾”
from the face of the gate as
required.
5.
Apply “Locktite” and secure the
case with the 3/8=16 UNC washers
and nuts provided to a torque spec
of 27 Ft-lbs.
