8.2.7 Project label of AC power cable
Project label of AC power cable is used in AC power cable in the cabinet for AC power supply,
including 220V, BGND, PGND, etc. It is usually pasted on both ends of the AC power cable.
The 220 VAC power cable, working ground, and protective ground are equipped with
insulated layers, so you just need to fill in "AC" and "Cabinet No." on each power label.
The AC power cable is pasted on one side of cable clip signboard. Table 8-5 lists the contents.

The label meaning of AC power cable
Label content
Meaning
MN-(B)-ACn
MN: Cabinet No. or power socket position No.
B: Chassis No., ordered from bottom top with numbers, such as 01.
n: Power port No., ordered from bottom top, left right, numbered 1–3.
Load cabinet side: only use "MN" to show egress cabinet No.
Power socket position No.: mark it according to the on-site condition; if location of socket
can be distinguished by row/column, use the method similar to cabinet No. to show the
power socket position No. Otherwise, mark the specific position and do not confuse with
other sockets.
The label content lists the location of cable source. You do not need to fill in the information
about local location. You just need to fill in the corresponding information about the peer
device and sockets located at the cable side.
Pay attention to the sticking direction. Put the label side outward after binding cable clip on
cable. The direction of the cable label font in the same cabinet should be the same, as shown
in Figure 8-14.
