5 Connecting cables

Step 3

Tighten the captive screws on the DC power connector, as shown in Figure 5-2.

Connect the other end of the power cable with power sourcing equipment in equipment room.

5.2 Connecting AC power cable



The AC power cable is a high voltage operating line. Disconnect all related power
when connecting an AC power cable.



AC power cable terminals and other unnecessary exposure should be fully
insulated.

Connect the AC power cable according to the following steps.

Step 1

Check whether the ground cable is properly grounded.

Step 2

Insert the AC cable plug into the power outlet on the front panel of the AC module, as shown
in Figure 5-3.
