2.3.1 Checking box before unpacking
Check the goods before unpacking the box:
The box looks good without serious damage and dampening phenomenon.
The box is not inverted.
The place of arrival and the actual installation location are the same.
The total number is in line with the number on the packing list attached to the box.
According to the inspection, take appropriate processing methods:
Stop unpacking the box if there is severe damage, dampening of outer packing box, box
inversion, wrong goods or missing goods. Give feedback to the local Raisecom office
once finding out reasons.
Unpack the box if everything is correct.
2.3.2 Unpacking chassis
Stop opening the box if the device is found rusted or dampened during the unpacking
process. Give feedback to the local Raisecom office after finding out reasons
together with Raisecom engineers.
Pay attention to the following items in the process of opening chassis:
It should be operated by a professional person who is also responsible for register the
items. Check the previous carton before opening the next one. Open the next one after
ensuring that there are no goods in the previous carton to avoid omissions.
The device removed from the carton must be transferred to indoor storage properly.
Wear an ESD wrist strap or a pair of gloves when unwrapping the anti-static packaging.
Do not discard product packaging and EPE pad arbitrarily.
Open the packaging box as below:
Step 1
Check the carton label to see the goods type, quantity, and make a record.
Step 2
Open the packaging box and take out the device, as shown in Figure 2-1.
