Howto GetServiceUndertheTerms of the Limited One-Year Warranty
When yoususpectanitem is d efective,please check the operator's manualforstandardoperation and
trouble-shootingtechniques thatmay correct t heproblem. Additional information may be found o n
the M.T.H. Website. Should youstillrequire service, follow the instructionsbelow to obtain
warrantyservice.
First,e-mail,write,callorfaxaM.T.H.Authorized ServiceCenter(ASC)in your areatoobtainRepair
Authorization. Youcan find thelistofASCs on the M.T.H. Website, w w w.mth-railking.com. Authorized Service
Centersare requiredtomakewarrantyrepairs onitemssold
from that store; allotherrepairsmay--ormaynot
bedoneatthestore's owndiscretion. IfyoudidnotpurchasetheitemdirectlyfromtheASC, youwillneedto
selectaNationalAuthorizedService Center(NASC). ThesecentersarecompensatedbyM.T.H.to perform
warranty serviceforanycustomerwhoserepairqualifies for warranty service. A listof NASC retailerscan be
locatedontheM.T.H.Website or by calling1-888-640-3700. Should thewarrantynolonger apply, youmay
chooseeitheranASCorNASCretailer toserviceyourM.T.H. Product. Areasonableservice feewillbe charged.
CAUTION: Makesure the productispacked i n its originalfactorypackagingincludingitsfoamandplastic
wrapping materialto preventdamageto themerchandise. There isnoneedtoreturntheentiresetifonlyoneofthe
componentsis inneedofrepair

oftheoriginaldateof purchase.Thiswarranty does notcoverdamagescaused byimpropercare,handling,oruse.
