The extra tilt rotator/extend functions are operated using optional levers with 4 auxiliary rollers on top
of the left and right-hand levers (see Figures 8 and 9).
For other auxiliary functions, refer to the steel wrist operator hand book.
The Rail-Ability RCI instructions are given in the Rail-Ability RCI operator hand book.
Rail Travel, Rail Braking and Rail Trailer Braking are all operated utilising the drive and brake pedal to
exactly match the road mode travel controls as described in the Atlas Operator Hand Book.
To activate the trailer brake systems, see the RCI Manual for further details.
After on tracking the machine, the steering wheels should be aligned with the chassis in rail mode.
Thereafter, the steering wheel is redundant in rail mode and therefore should not be touched until the
machine is off tracked.
