Submenu < Reports accessibility> allows for declaration of reports that
are to be accessible for the user.
Procedure:

Enter submenu < Reports> according to ch. 35 of this manual,
•
Select < Reports accessibility> to view a list of reports with the
accessibility attribute.
Where:
- Accessible report
- Inaccessible report

Procedure:

Enter submenu: „ Reports / Reports configuration”
according to ch. 35 of this manual,
•
Select < Lot number> and carry out the configuration.
List of data definable for a lot number:
Name Change of the lot number name
