Step 7: Install headlight 

A.  Fully install the connector to the rear of the headlight housing ensuring the terminals are  
      properly aligned

B.  Using the provided 3mm allen wrench, remove the screw and washers from the front of 
      the fork. Set aside.

C.  Align the headlight bracket with the fork and reinstall the screw with washers using the  
     3mm allen wrench.

D.  Adjust the angle of the headlight beam to illuminate the road ahead, while ensuring the  
     light will not blind or obscure the vision of oncoming traffic or pedestrians.

Note: It is not recommended to ride at night. If riding at night cannot be avoided, ensure the 
headlight is always on and functioning correctly while you are riding.

Step 8: Install pedals

A.  Identify the right and left pedals before assembling. The right pedal will have a  

     smooth axle while the left pedal will have notches on the axle. 

B.  Install washers onto each pedal before installing.

C.  Install the right pedal to the crank arm by turning the axle clockwise by hand.

D.  Install the left pedal to the crank arm by turning the axle counter-clockwise by hand.

E.  Use the provided 15mm wrench to torque both pedals to 35 Nm.  

Note: We recommend applying pedal grease to the threads prior to installation.
