4.2.2 Spectrum Display
While the data is accumulating or at the end of the sample, using the Left/Right Arrow joystick keys the
user can switch the display between the RESULTS and the SPECTRUM Display(s).
RESULTS
SPECTRUM DISPLAY
The Spectrum Type can be changed in the SPECTRUM Display by pressing the
OK
button
and a new
sub-menu appears. Scroll to Spectrum Type, which will open the Spectrum type options.
NOTE:
LINEAR Spectrum Type is shown above.
While in the
SPECTRUM
Display, press
OK
and a new sub-
menu appears.
NOTE:
The sub-menu appears differently when the
OK
button is pushed, before or after the measurement
is complete.
Select
‘
Explore spect
’
to go into the spectrum display mode (the magnifying glass icon shows that you
are in this mode). In this mode the joystick arrow keys can be used to move a cursor along the X-axis to
see Channel #/Energy and Counts at the channel required and the Up/Down arrow keys change the
Vertical Scale.
The main spectrum is displayed in YELLOW but selected ROIs are highlighted in
RED
.
