ON THE MAIN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CHECK THAT ON FLOW 
METER TERMINAL THERE IS VOLTAGE  AMONG GREEN - WHITE AND 
GREEN - RED LEADS. 
THE MEASUREMENTS MUST BE DONE WHILE THE WATER HEATER IS 
WORKING.
