Prior to the electrical connection, check that the voltage / frequency on 
the type plate corresponds to that of the local mains supply.

 

Follow the electrical connection specifications in the 
instruction manual of the tubular motor being used or that 
of the electrical appliance and external controller (when 
using E1/E2).

8.   Safety instructions for the electrical connection

All connection and installation work must only be carried out in a 
de-energised state.

 

Disconnect all phases of the mains power lead and secure it to 
prevent any reconnection.

 

Check that the system is de-energised.
