Specifications (Appendix I of Revision 1.3).
2. The vectors 2 thru 47 are described in table 6.2 of the 68000 handbook.
3. Bit 00 - ROM_VECTOR, is used for going to initialization routines in
ROM, at power-on.
4. Bit 01 - ROM_INIT, is used for setting up vectors and user parsers.
Whatever is at location H10000 during power-on is used if this flag is set.
