Attachment
Make sure that the connection dimensions match
(cat. of tractor
/rotary harrows); with Cat. “III short”,
use attachment sleeves.
Set lower link of the
tractor to the same height and
limit them to a low lateral tolerance after mounting;
attach to side for transport.
To reduce the friction forces in the lower link
arresting hook and to avoid damage to the
lower link coupling elements, a loose ball bush
(5.1/1)
with clamp/type guide cone
(5.1/2)
is
recommended. The ball is turnable on the greased
lower link pin.
Attach the top link so that it creates
only a slight
incline to the implement (whereby an approximately
parallel implement guidance is created and thus
smooth running of the articulated shaft when raising
to just above the ground surface).
Set rotary harrow down horizontally on the top link.
Secure the coupling device (three-point linkage)
properly (also secure the lower link and top link
against turning).
Couple the hydraulic hoses – pay attention to
proper connection of the double-acting control
device:
Function “Lift” – Fold in
“Lower” – Fold out
Put up all supports (8/1).
Articulated shaft (Tractor/implement)
Observe the safety instructions and
attachment/adjustment/maintenance of the
articulated shaft and/or overload coupling in
the instructions for the articulated shaft!
Only attach and disconnect of the articulated shaft
with the power take-off switched off, the motor shut
off and the ignition key removed!
Only use with the supplied articulated shaft. Attach
the overload coupling on the implement side.
For the length adjustment, position the connected
articulated shaft halves horizontally (or at the
shortest distance) and hold them next to one
another in the raised position.
The articulated shaft may not be pushed together
longer than than the shortest distance between the
implement and the tractor.
In the lowered position (largest working depth) the
profile pipes
must overlap at least 200 mm (4/X).
If the articulated shaft must be shortened, both
protective pipes and the profile pipes must be
shortened the same respective distance. Remove
any burrs and chips. Grease the sliding profile.
Only work with a fully protected drive. Fasten the
supporting chains of the protective pipes.
