Place the bowl (4) in its own slot and turn it
towards the arrow direction indicated with
“LOCK”. Make sure that the bowl (4) is firmly
blocked.
•
Insert the desired accessory in one of the con-
trol shafts (3), slightly pushing it upwards and
rotating it anticlockwise in order to firmly hook
it.
•
In order to reduce processing time and to ob-
tain a better dough quality, it is possible to
contemporaneously use the hooks (5) and (8)
and to insert the hook (8) in the other control
shaft (3).
