e1 - Position the grater duct (R) on the socket (A1) of the motor unit (A).
During insertion, make sure that the plastic cutting mechanism is inclined as
indicated by the arrow).
e2 - Rotate the grater duct (R) anticlockwise to lock its position.
e3 - Insert the desired accessory for grating (S1-S2-S3) in the duct (R).
Handle the accessories with care; danger of cut !

Appliance use
Operate as follows
-
After assembling the appliance for the intended use, as described in the preceding
pages, plug it into an electrical outlet.
Before plugging the appliance into an electrical outlet, make sure that the
power switch (U) is set to “0” (OFF).
Before plugging in the motor unit, make sure that
the mains voltage corresponds to what is indicat-
ed on the nameplate.
f1 - Push the “ ON ” switch (V).
f2 - Start the appliance by pushing the “
ON
” power switch (U).
f3 - Put the food to be
processed in the tray
(D) and push it into
the feeding duct (B)
using the appropriate
tamper (F).

e4 - Use the tamper (T) to push food to be grated in the duct (R) without forcing.
