9 . Switching off :
- Press the “ On/Off ” button; the appliance stops.
The “
On/Off
” button blinks in red.
10 . “ Soft ” function :
- Press the “
On/Off
” button for two seconds; the button stops blinking and becomes
steady red.
- Press the “ Soft ” button to start the appliance functioning at a slow speed (to process
hard or excessively ripe foods); the “
Soft
” button turns on in green (the other buttons
are turned off).
- To stop the function, press the “ On/Off ” button which will blink in red (the other buttons
are turned off).
11 . “ Clean ” function (cleaning) :
- Press the “
On/Off
” button for two seconds; the button stops blinking and becomes
steady red.
- Press the “ Clean ” button to start the “cleaning” function;the “ Clean ” buttons turns on
in green (the other buttons are turned off).
- The appliance performs a forward rotation for three seconds and then inverts the ro-
tation direction for another three seconds. This sequence is repeated five times, then
the appliance stops.
- To stop the function, press the “
On/Off
” button which will blink in red (the other buttons
are turned off).

Rev
” function (Reverse) :
- If the appliance stops during functioning or struggles to start, it is possible to make it
rotate in the opposite direction to try to unlock it.
- Press the “
On/Off
” button for two seconds; the button stops blinking and becomes
steady red.
- Press the “ Rev ” button to start rotation in the opposite direction; the “ Rev ” button turns
on in green (the other buttons are turned off).
- To stop the function, press the “
On/Off
” button which will blink in red (the other buttons
are turned off).
Do not insert foods in the tray during the “Clean” and “Rev” func-
tions.
