SPEED PEDELEC COMPONENTS
The speed-bikes includes several extra components
which makes it safe and comfortable even at high speed.
Below you’ll find additional information regarding these
components to make it an official ‘Speed- Pedelec’.
Front fork
Speed Lock & Air pressure adjustment
The Speed models have adjustable suspension with lock-
out function. To temporarily switch off the suspension in
the forks, for example when cycling at high speeds, you
can turn the Speed Lock button in the left upper side of
the forks clockwise. This will increase the efficiency of the
bicycle, but at the expense of comfort.
It is also possible to fine-tune the suspension using a
specially suited pump. Inflate the fork maximally to 100PSI.
Mirror
The Speed models are fitted with a rearview mirror. You can
easily adjust it to have a good view behind you.
Don’t use a normal bicycle pump as you
may permantenly damage the fork. Consult
your dealer in case of doubt.
