Updates
System Info
System Info shows you your current
display, robot, and machine versions, as
well as other licensing information.
Update Robot
Update robot allows you to run the
update that is currently saved on the
system. When you download an update
Online it carries with it the update file
for the robot. This button will not search
for new updates, it will just reinstall
the current version. Often used in
troubleshooting.
Factory Defaults
Resets the system settings to factory
defaults.
Factory Defaults does not affect files or
folders stored in the internal or external
memory it will just reset the settings
found on the tablet. Often used in
Troubleshooting.
Ask Us
Sends an email to customer support
with your question and a copy of the
layout. This feature requires a Gmail
account and a Wi-Fi connection. If you
do not have a Gmail account you will be
prompted to create one.
Tips!
• The system does not prompt you
when a new update comes out, so
check for new updates about once a
month.
• Have a pattern that is not running
as it should? Use Ask Us to have our
technicians evaluate the pattern.
