From the back of the library, remove the two nuts securing the counter
weight shipping restraint to the back wall with a 7/16 inch wrench (see
figure 20
).

Reverse the counter weight shipping restraint and reinstall on the back
wall of the library using the two nuts previously removed in
step 10
(see
figure 21
