warm.
!
WARNING!
The recoil starter can be damaged by
abuse.
- Never pull the starter cord to its full length.
- Always engage the starter before cranking the engine.
- Always rewind the starter cord slowly.
Once the machine has been correctly assembled and setup for
operation, start the engine as follows:
1. Press the fuel primer bulb (6) 8 times or until no air bubbles
are flowing through the primer bulb.
2. Turn the engine switch (9) in the on position
3. Move the carburettor choke lever (2) to the ‘on’ position.
4. Pull the recoil starter handle (4) slowly until it engages, then
pull briskly. Repeat this step until the engine fires and starts
running.
5. Once the engine is warmed up after a few seconds, adjust
the choke lever (2) back to the ‘off’ position.
6. To control the engine speed, hold down the safety catch
(10) on the shaft handle (11) and pull the throttle trigger (12).
When re-starting a warm engine (that has already been
running), choke activation is not required.
NOTE: 4 Stroke Engine requires engine oil.
Check level before every operation.
