PRE- DELIVERY CHECKLIST  

Check off all items as they are found satisfactory or after adjustments are made: 

 All safety shields and guards are securely in place! 

 All decals are in place and readable! 

 All fasteners are securely tight 

Start the Quadivator Power Brush and allow it to run for 5 – 10 minutes, check for 

excessive operation or unusual noise. 

The Quadivator Power Brush has been tested and to the best of my knowledge, is ready to 

be delivered to the customer!
