This limited warranty does not apply if the Product has been damaged by accident,
abuse, misuse or misapplication or other acts which are not the fault of QPS or
by non-QPS' authorized alterations, modifications and/or repairs.
If the Product is re t u rned to the Customer Service Department at QPS during the
l i m i t e d warranty period, but the problem with the Product cannot be fixed under
the terms and conditions of this limited warranty, the Consumer will be notified
and given an estimate of the charges the Consumer must pay to have the Pro d u c t
repaired, with all shipping charges billed to the Consumer. If the estimate is
refused, the Product will be returned freight collect. If the Product is re t u rned to
the Customer Service Department at QPS after the expiration of the warranty
period, QPS' normal service policies shall apply and the Consumer will be
invoiced for all shipping charges.
QPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT. THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES TO P R O P E RT Y
AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PA RTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not allow limitation of implied warranties, or exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to
you (the Consumer). This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you
may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This limited warranty
applies only to this product and is governed by the laws of the State of Californ i a .
QPS neither assumes nor authorizes any authorized service center or any person
or entity to assume for it any other obligation or liability beyond that which is
expressly provided for in this limited warranty.
