Chapter 6.

Install a mSATA module on the NAS.

Warning:

1.

The following instructions should only be performed by an authorized and trained

technician.

2.

Strictly adhere to the instructions to install a mSATA module on the NAS. Failure to

do so could result in injury to human body or death.

3.

The mSATA modules function supports only on TVS-871U-RP, TVS-1271U- RP

1.

Remove the top cover as the steps in Chapter 5.1.

2.

Grasp the edge of the mSATA module. Align the notch on the gold edge of the mSATA

module with the notch in the mSATA slot. Insert the mSATA module to the mSATA slot

until it cannot go any further.
